I think the time we got her to deep throat a cucumber pretty much trumps that.

Who was danielle?!? She's not the black haired girl she was pretending to be?! I'm confused, and may need some kind of reference (come to think of it, I do need one please!).
My time here has been less than steady, so there aren't a ton of moments I remember really clearly, however some things were just too stubborn to misfile in my brain.
G, I will never forget, drove my excessively excited ass to Philly once I made it to his house, and drove all the way back (and thank god he did - I was still feeling a little under the weather). Heck him and his company make driving to the states worthwhile.
I was a huge fan of asylumn dressup. Because I don't dress up on a daily basis, it was fun to have an excuse to drape myself in silly stuff. Yay dressup!
I appreciate Inky (probably more than she would ever realize), and thinking back, I think she's been one of the most understanding and supportive people who've joined the asylum. No matter what I was focusing on at the time, she has stood behind me -- through my incredible failure of quitting smoking (time for a 4th or 5th attempt I guess), to the joys and perils of healthy eating. It was fun trying to figure out what she should do with that rat she found at her place...
There was also a feeling of satisfaction when I posted the portraits of you guys after posting one that was apparently "too good" to have been drawn by me. Having been told by a less than supportive family that I can't draw was always something that bothered me, and I used to always strive to do the best I can at everything I tried. I guess when an artist tells me that I'm too good, it bothered me at first, but now I really do see it as a compliment. I can also (at this time) happily report that for my grandmother's 80th birthday I drew a pic of her and my recently deceased grandfather. My whole family thought it was beautiful, and I don't think I could have bought anything better.
Much to my surprise, I find myself adding meeting Dingle to this list. Honestly, I've got to admit I had way too much fun going to the sex shop by Fat Tuesday's in order to check out the goods. The fun part was the attempts at outdoing the humiliation of one another. No matter how loud he "muttered" suggestions of requring bigger anal plugs for my gaping asshole in the store, I'd only get back at him by suggesting his purchasing of something equally ridiculous. It was fun.
The "wrong" free word associations *shudder*
Ivisit. There were many Ivisit moments where I got to glimpse into peoples' lives. Not only did I get to see their instantaneous reactions to what I was saying (which I feel gets lost with the lag in posting), but I got to see some people I probably wouldn't have been able to see otherwise. Most memorable and embarassing was this one time... I think Lupin was there, but I'm not sure who else. Well, let me just say that it's not always a good thing to have your cam running.
Getting cards from asylum members like Chantrea, or Rizz and Vyper (Rizz was even civil!) made my day.

my old "show me your tits" thread where just about every Asylum women, and several Asylum men indeed showed us all their tits.
that was in the hall of fame forum while it was still around.
top.
i also got a christmas card from rizz and vyper, and one from chelle.
i've never met any asylumites in person, but i've talked to chelle on the phone, which was pretty cool
also, we used to all randomly talk on one of those microphone chat programs. i remember when we went into a goth / depression channel, and said things like "i'm so sad i sometimes stick weiners in my ass" and "i'm so depressed and my soul is so dark that i shit blood"
i think slappy was there, and a few other people. maybe tack? not sure. it was fun though.

I remember the audio chat. My mom thought Phil's voice was so sexxy just because he had a Brittish accent.

sexually assaulting mord
traveling to europe a couple of times impulsively to drink with friends and see a few sights
meeting weasel and funky, who I hold up as a shining example of manhood to compare others by
meeting aminal (he wasn't that drunk when it started)
annea taking down the internet (yes!)
PT vs G
PT vs Paint
PT vs Morgana (where the fuck is Morgana?)
Philly, which I missed, but which I enjoyed vicariously through the magic of the internet and which serves as a real benchmark moment in the history of this place, I'd think
Wraith vs Everybody
Puffy and Tubgirl and all the rest that for me were rather eye-opening (because that's the only thing I want opening that wide, thank you)
did I mention mord?
PT vs Princess Heather

Princess Heather for sure. She certainly outdid fefe simply because one could at least look at her pics without gagging.
One for SPF would be the constant trashing of idiot n00bs. they came in droves and were great fun to haze.
And of course, the suicide. Great fun that. I would say that was Stile's highpoint.

i suppose spf-wise there are all kinds of drama-rich moments. i think the members here should maybe be stupider, and also one (at least) should leave their husband and child for another member across the country. and there should be a thread in which a blowjob is uneccessarily documented in pictures and the two involved parties are chased away by the ensuing uproar over their ugliness.

BP, I think we have one of the former and I agree wholeheartedly about blowjob pictures.
For me, some defining moments were, in no particular order:
-PaintCHiPs incredible reportage/commentary/analysis of Campaign 2004. He ended up totally and completely wrong, but he was damned good at it.
-Inkygate. When the Internet meets the real world!
-Philly. 'nuff said
-ChikChillin
-fiend's depression at facing the possibility of fatherhood.
-Wraith thinking he was fighting the good fight until he realized that he was actually guilty of crimes that could actually end him in lockup wherein the unpopularity of that crime could come back to bite him, or at least ram him, in the ass. I miss him though.
-Krogoth getting busted with porn on his computer. Po' little Kro.
-Ponyslayer's death and the overall collective 'meh' that we offered him (low point for me).
-Starr's death (and the intentionally aggravating stance people took to the possibility. Sure, it was a hoax, but if it hadn't been...)
-Karen's death threats to Vyper for phantom crimes
-my little exhibitionist phase wasn't all the great in the large scope of things, but it was good thing to get out of my system.
There is actually a bunch more stuff that I'm not able to come up with off the top of my head, which is frustrating because I was thinking of starting a thread on this the other day and had come up with a bunch of ideas then.

that situation is unknown to me, i think. maybe i could make a guess, but i was and am not aware.
so, to amend, the we should have an example of the so-called "former" but more public and crazy. i must admit to a weakness for when people bring up "bad" real-life behaviour and it results in people yelling at them a lot. it's pretty entertaining.

That was actually a real defining moment for me, personally, and I can't put my finger on why. I was surprised that I was actually upset that he died, like he was a friend of mine, when in reality I wouldn't know him from Adam if he had come up to me on the street. I still think about it (and him) from time to time. Maybe it's the lesson of where reality and virtual intersect, and how these are real people behind the 1s and 0s, and a bringing home of the idea that I am honestly invested in this place, in a way that I can be affected by the death of somebody here. I don't know. But, that would definitly be in my Top Ten also, personally.

basicly the inane ramblings of a drunk giving a best mans speech about a guy he met on the internerd to all of slappys family and friends. Actually it wasn't that bad - but it was pretty funny.
