Home made beef stew, with mushrooms, potatoes, green bean, corn, lots of onions, green peppers and red bell peppers. Corn bread muffins with creamed corn and shredded cheddar in the batter, plus some fine diced fresh jalapeno pepper.

A friend gave me a knife set for Christmas - ceramic blades. Sharpest damned things I've ever worked with.

Still juicing.
My pants need a belt.
They keep falling off.
This is a good thing.

That's usually par for the course, but this time I'm still pretty damn full.

Been juicing since December. I eat last night's dinner for breakfast then juice for lunch and dinner.
Today I bought some low sodium V8. The original kind not that crazy sweet juice kind.
I never had this shit before. But I'm digging it.
That's my dinner even after making spaghetti with meat sauce for my family.
Yes. I also cook.
So here I am with an empty glass.
And I grabbed two apples.
I haven't hopped the scale in three weeks but my jeans have been falling down a lot.
