i had vietnamese for lunch....thinly sliced beef beef grilled with onions and shallots over a layer of cold noodles over shredded romaine, julienned cukes, sprouts and mint with a sweet vinegar dressing.

Cornish game hen stuffed with wild rice, shitake mushrooms, and green onion. A friend called me this afternoon and asked if my oven worked. When I saId yes, he said he was glad too hear it, as he had three of these game hens all ready to go in the oven and discovered that the gas burner manifold had cracked and was shooting long tongues of sooty flame into his oven.

So, he brought them to me. Nicely marinated, stuffed individually bagged in roater bags. I made some broccoli with asiage cheese sauce to go with. Good dinner.
