My Brita Water has a funny taste today. It's like stale water. Maybe I need to change my filter which has never been changed before.
I owned this thing for like 2 years now.
I was supposed to change this every three months.
I kinda like the stale aftertaste.
Because it's turning me off to food for a bit.
And it must be doing something to keep my immune system in check.
" Future years will never know the seething hell and the black infernal background of countless minor scenes and interiors, (not the official surface courteousness of the Generals, not the few great battles) of the Secession war; and it is best they should notthe real war will never get in the books." ~ Walt Whitman
Hot mint tea with a shot of SoCo, in hopes of breaking up some of the congestion I've been fighting for three weeks. Plus, I might as well enjoy this whilst I may - next month I have to go completely dry as far as alcohol is concerned.

You said before that when you first tried alcohol, you liked it so much that you swore it off for good. This got me wondering about the unknown effects of alcohol on one's intelligence, and the out of the park witfullness of older people who abstain. (Older moderate drinkers often attest their wit to drink- they are full of shit- they are witful despite it, no?)
