If it's in the Constitution, you can bet it doesn't apply to you.

That's not what the Supreme Court just ruled...

Crika should be thrilled. He doesn't need to form an anarchist cult militia to keep his guns.

The government has the right to tap your communications at will. Have fun using your gun to defend your right to privacy.

Right now they are scanning your Macbook. Aren't you at all curious why you had such a bitch of a time setting up your wireless?

The Supreme Court also just ruled that if a witness can't appear in court to testify against you because you just happened to have killed the witness, but not to stop them from testifying, then their prior testimony and/or statements are inadmissible.

That's because lawyers are soulless, the walking dead, and they've been showing up in courtrooms for centuries without a problem.

Prior testimony, under oath? Prior statements I can see barring, quite reasonably. Prior testimony, if given in a seperate proceeding to which you were not a party, also reasonably barred.

It's called the right to confront the witnesses against you. It is part of the bedrock upon which all law stands in this country.

This ruling really doesn't have too much of an effect on Utah. We have some of the most liberal gun laws out there.

They also ruled that the death penalty only applies to treason and murder, and can't be used in other cases, specifically child rape.

That on the same day that Louisiana (from whence the child rape case comes) approved chemical castration.

What, they don't have knives in Louisiana?

1.) There's no waiting period on gun sales in Utah.
2.) Hand gun buyers need no safety training.
3.) You don't need to register all of your guns with law enforcement.
4.) You can purchase guns without a background check.
5.) You don't have to sell guns with locking devices.
6.) No license is required to buy a handgun.
7.) Private sales of handguns require no special checks or reports.
8.) Police cannot restrict the carrying of concealed weapons.
9.) I can carry a fully loaded weapon in plain sight, lawfully.
