Sorry you break it to you, steel-cut oater, but your music is shit. Shit I tell you. It makes listening to Menudo look cool.

is it too much to ask if I can autoplay in my own thread?

also, you can't talk shit if you don't post your own listening habits.

I like Brett's music, and share a lot of his taste.

I'm sure he enjoys yours too.

I listen to PF quite a bit. I was listening to the BBC version of DSOTM, though I turned it off because I got annoyed with the omnipresent backup singers.

i love brett like a kid sister, and i am probably one of the few people here that would've heard of more than 5% of his music he 'shares'.
i have to say though, at least 50% of his favourite bands are impacted fecal pellets.

That's from that $120 Immersion release isn't it? Is the remastered studio cut worth getting?
Posted by Brett on 11-13-2011 03:20 AM:
truth be told, I haven't listened to that part yet. As great an album as it is, I don't listen to DSOTM much as I've heard it so many times.
judging from the other rereleases, I doubt the remastering is much better than past versions.

that was a higher hit ratio than I would've thought for you. Anything in particular?

I once got stoned and laid down to listen to DSOTM. When the CD ended I got up to change it and realized the player wasn't even on! I had listened to the entire disc in my head solely from memory. No bullshit, it really happened.
So yeah, I've listened to DSOTM quite abit myself over the years.

Remaster-shmaster. The live DSOTM may answer that - I have yet to spin it.

spacemen 3, spiritualized, my bloodyfucking valentine....
i know your hipster jellybean tingles at the mere mention of this unholy trinity.
MBV were huge at a time when i would've got into them if they were any good.
what i've bothered to listen to of theirs i've found absolutely mindnumbingly boring.
like you've stated before, you're not into vocals, whereas i most definitely am.
this is where you're on your lonesome with your arty noise/shoegaze shit.
