Jesse Jackaon Jr.

WASHINGTON — Jesse L. Jackson Jr., the former Democratic representative from Illinois, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to one count of wire and mail fraud in connection with his use of $750,000 in campaign funds to buy exotic items like fur capes and celebrity memorabilia.

Jesse jackson actually came out some time before the Sugar Hill Gang, so in reality, he's the father of rap and the grandfather of hiphop. So a fur cape for him is an important mantle of office, without which his conspecifics would not be as likely to obey his commands.
