My former employer introoduced a crappy new contract called "R3". I didn't like the terms or the way it was being rolled out, so on international dress like a pirate day I went to work in full Pirate regalia, brandishing a sword with "Arrrghhh. 3!" written across it and made all my subordinates walk the plank. Yeah, I don't work there any more. Fuck normal. Fuck corporate mentality.
