Supreme Snowboarding is one of the best games I've ever played. The graphics are beautiful, it's stupidly simple, yet incredibly challenging. You don't need the full version-it's from 10 years ago and will run on most machines:
" Future years will never know the seething hell and the black infernal background of countless minor scenes and interiors, (not the official surface courteousness of the Generals, not the few great battles) of the Secession war; and it is best they should notthe real war will never get in the books." ~ Walt Whitman
Location: Either Georgia or Alabama, depending on the time of year.
Anyone remember the Postal Games? I recently beat the Eternal Damnation mod, and let me tell you...I am kinda glad I wasn't allowed to play this shit when I was little. Nothing but zombies, zombies, big ass zombies, demons, gay demons, Satan, and naked bitches chasing you with chainsaws and shit...
Guess they wanted to make it clear that this isn't just another game- if you dare to play Dark Souls, you're entering into a cult or something. On the first level, it's all the usual hack n slash until you meet the first boss, and that's where the game ends for many, myself included. How many times do you need to get clobbered by this thing before it's just not fun anymore? I get it- this supposed to train you to fight before you go on, but some learning curves are neither fun nor interesting nor worthwhile. That's right, I couldn't make it past the very first boss and I don't care, nor do I give a shit about what happens in the rest of the game.
